1. Quotation and acceptance of orders
Agreement and arrangement made orally or by telephone with our representatives become legally valid only if approved in writing by us. Deviations in the orders placed by the purchaser from our terms of delivery and payment shall not be binding for us if we have not expressed our consent in writing.

2. Samples
Available against payment of samples + courier charges in advance by T.T. in
our company's bank.
We prefer to send samples through by Courier Service for safe & prompt delivery.

3. Packaging
*Any volume / size order is acceptable.
*As per customer demand.

4. Payment Terms
1-Payment In Advance by T.T method
2-40% in advance with Order + 60% Before Shipment
3-100% advance payment with order
4- Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C)
